Your address should help narrow the search—not become public content.
This notice explains how the current Connect Point ISP experience handles service-address searches and what must happen before any future commercial provider handoff is enabled.
Service-address searches
A service address is submitted only when you choose to run an availability check. Connect Point ISP keeps the address out of the page URL, normalizes the input, and does not create public SEO pages from exact service addresses.
Recognized apartment-community suggestions are filtered from Connect Point ISP's public property-name registry in the browser. After enough characters that include both letters and a street number are entered, the search box may also send the typed text through Connect Point ISP's private address-suggestion endpoint to Esri's ArcGIS World Geocoding service. If no suitable suggestion is returned and the input contains a complete city/state or ZIP, the endpoint may use the U.S. Census Geocoder to match the public address. Selecting a suggestion fills the formatted public address. The separate internet-availability request runs only when you choose to check the address.
What the current search does
The address is used to narrow the availability workflow. Where a current licensed or authoritative data source cannot verify a result, Connect Point ISP does not present unsupported provider availability, pricing or savings as verified facts.
Technical logs and hosting
Hosting infrastructure may process ordinary technical information needed to operate, secure and troubleshoot the service. Connect Point ISP application code is designed to keep exact service addresses out of navigation URLs and public SEO content.
Privacy-safe action measurement
On the published Connect Point ISP domains, the site may count a small, fixed set of actions—such as starting or completing an availability search, copying a public link, or identifying that a landing visit came from ChatGPT Search—when an approved analytics service is available. These event payloads contain only the action name, a coarse page surface and a schema version. The ChatGPT Search event is triggered from OpenAI's documented referral marker or ChatGPT referrer and does not store the full referrer URL, search query, campaign text, service address, search response, provider result, email address or free-form text.
This measurement is disabled in previews and automated tests, does not start when the analytics service is unavailable or disabled, and honors browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals.
Future provider or affiliate handoffs
Before Connect Point ISP enables a commercial handoff that sends information to a provider or partner, the receiving destination, purpose of the transfer and applicable data-use terms must be identified. This notice should be updated whenever those production relationships materially change.
Contact requests
When you submit the Contact form, Connect Point ISP stores the request category, name, email address and message in its application database so the request can be reviewed and responded to. A service address is not required in the Contact form.
Sensitive information
Do not place identity documents, Social Security numbers, benefit documents, payment-card information, medical information or other sensitive records into the service-address or Contact fields. These forms are not designed to collect sensitive documents.
California privacy and consumer requests
Connect Point ISP will maintain a process appropriate to the data it actually collects and the laws that apply to the business. If analytics expands beyond the limited action measurement described above, or if lead forms, affiliate handoffs or additional personal information are introduced, the privacy notice and request process should be updated before those features are relied on in production.
